Architectural Design & Visualization
Korkwerk combines architectural design with architectural visualization in this 2022 commission. M. Mostafa developed the architectural design and visualization for client Hachez. The project is presented through its material character and measured visual rhythm, with the authorship and client relationship stated clearly for its spatial identity.

Korkwerk | Material in Quiet Rhythm

Year: 2022 | Role: Architectural design and architectural visualization | Architect: M. Mostafa | Client: Hachez

Korkwerk explores how an industrial rhythm can support new patterns of work and inhabitation. The gallery moves from sawtooth rooflines and street-facing façades into courtyards, blue-framed circulation spaces, loft interiors and a cutaway view that reveals rooms, stairs, terraces and floor plates. Brick, timber, glass and repeated structural bays give the project a strong material identity across several scales. M. Mostafa developed the architectural design and visualization for Hachez in 2022. The resulting architectural imagery combines exterior visualization, interior rendering and spatial analysis to make the project’s structure, atmosphere and layered program clearly legible.
